妥善保管油料和提高加油质量,对机械使用部门有着十分重要的意义。对机车采用封闭式加油,可以防止各种污物、风砂或水份带入油箱,避免机车燃油系统的精密偶件(如柴油机的喷油器针阀、柱塞副等)受到不正常的磨损和锈蚀,大大提高了发动机运转的可靠性和耐久性。据有关单位测定,封闭加油能使燃油系统的磨损量降低70％左右。这就显著地减少了机车由于燃油系统的问题而造成的停工或其他故障。
The proper storage of fuel and the improvement of the quality of refueling are of great significance to the use of machinery. The closed refueling of the locomotive can prevent all kinds of dirt, wind sand or moisture from being brought into the tank, and avoid the abnormal parts of the locomotive fuel system (such as diesel injector needle valve, plunger pair, etc.) from being abnormal. Wear and corrosion significantly increase the reliability and durability of engine operation. According to the relevant unit, closed fueling can reduce the amount of wear on the fuel system by about 70%. This significantly reduces downtime or other malfunctions caused by the locomotive’s problems with the fuel system.
