随身携带笔记本:克服忙碌生活中的压力,纸笔是最强而有力的工具。写下你的烦恼,看着它们渐渐消失;写下你所要完成的工作,看看它们步上轨道。将大小事分开:将生活中大大小小的事情分隔开来,你就能将宁静平和注入自己的生活中。大小事情越不重叠纠缠,你就越能心平气和。演练你的聪明才智:如果能将构思工作时的心思和力气,也同样投注在工作的协调过程中,你就能克服工作场合中普遍的挫折、遭人误解或是被人忽略。制订时间表:想要在生活中创造出宁静和秩序,就要在一天中规划出至少一小时的空间,留给自己。多喝水:喝下远超过自己觉得需要的水量,不但能让身体更健康,也会增加平和的感觉。找朋友帮忙:自己一个人唉声叹气是没有任何作用的。只要向亲近的友人倾诉问题的烦恼,你就能放下心中的大石头。朋友就是这么用的。
