偏析线常常出现在某些调质的合金结构钢中,碳素工具钢则很少出现。碳素工具钢出现白点的几率也少于对白点比较敏感的一些钢种。但在退火的T10碳素工具钢轧材中,发现了偏析线与白点共存的断口。本工作观察了这两种缺陷的宏观及微观形貌特征,并对形成原因做了分析。实验用料把电弧炉熔炼的T10钢浇成580公斤的锭子经锻造轧成φ120mm棒材。化学成分为0.99%C、0.19%Si、0.27%Mn、0.015%P、0.005%S、0.18%Cr、0.05%Ni、0.08%Cu.均在标准范围内。钢材原始状态是经球化退火处理的。
Segregation lines often appear in some quenched alloy steel, carbon tool steel is rare. Carbon tool steel white spot probability less than white spots more sensitive to some of the steel. However, in the annealed T10 carbon tool steel rolled material, a fracture line in which the segregation line and the white point coexist was found. This work observed the macroscopic and microscopic features of these two defects, and analyzed the causes. Experimental Materials The electric arc furnace-melting T10 steel was poured into 580 kg spindles and forged into φ120 mm bars. The chemical composition is 0.99% C, 0.19% Si, 0.27% Mn, 0.015% P, 0.005% S, 0.18% Cr, 0.05% Ni, 0.08% Cu, all within the standard range. The original state of the steel is spheroidized.
