对于用离心铸造成型的双金属复合管,结合层质量是衡量产品综合性能的主要指标之一。本文探讨了高铬铸铁与35钢在离心铸造工艺下其界面复合机理,根据理论计算得到最佳温度区间并以此为判据,通过对温度场的数值模拟,获得内外层浇铸温度、铸型预热温度、涂料层等工艺参数对复合界面结合效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数,为实际生产双金属复合管提供参考。
For the bimetallic composite tube molded by centrifugal casting, the bonding layer quality is one of the main indexes to measure the comprehensive performance of the product. In this paper, the mechanism of interfacial composite of high chromium cast iron and 35 steel under centrifugal casting process is discussed. According to the theoretical calculation, the optimal temperature range is obtained and used as the criterion. Through the numerical simulation of temperature field, the inner and outer casting temperature, Preheating temperature, coating layer and other process parameters on the composite interface bonding effect, determine the best process parameters for the actual production of bi-metal composite pipe provides a reference.
