目的了解某铅酸蓄电池组立课车间生产过程中所存在职业病危害因素铅及针对性的整改后工程控制措施,评价其合理性和有效性。方法用定量方法检测生产过程中铅的浓度,分析超标原因,提出生产线工程控制的整改措施。结果通过两次工程控制措施整改后,铅的浓度均低于职业接触值超标岗位个数由37个降为30个。结论通过工程控制措施整改及不断完善管理制度后,能有效降低工作场所空气中铅浓度。
OBJECTIVE To understand the lead and occupational hazards in lead-acid battery production process in the course of production workshop and the related post-rectification engineering control measures to evaluate its rationality and effectiveness. Methods Quantitative method was used to detect the concentration of lead in the process of production. The causes of exceeding the standard were analyzed, and the corrective measures for the engineering control of production line were put forward. Results After rectification by two engineering control measures, the lead concentration was lower than the occupational exposure value exceeded the number of positions from 37 to 30. Conclusions After rectification and continuous improvement of the management system through engineering control measures, the lead concentration in the workplace air can be effectively reduced.
