目的:探讨萘替芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病的临床效果。方法:选择370例浅部真菌部病人,随机分为双盲对照组和开放组进行临床疗效、真菌学疗效及不良反应的观察。结果:应用1％萘替芬软膏的治愈率为75.1％,有效率为90.9％;应用1％环吡酮胺软膏的治愈率为60.0％.有效率为93.3％。结论:1％盐酸萘替芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病疗效高,安全性和耐受性较好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of naftifine ointment in the treatment of superficial mycosis. Methods: A total of 370 cases of superficial fungal patients were randomly divided into double-blind control group and open group for clinical efficacy, mycological efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: The cure rate of 1% nifedipine ointment was 75.1% and the effective rate was 90.9%. The cure rate of 1% ciclopirox olamine cream was 60.0% and the effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion: 1% Naftifine hydrochloride ointment for the treatment of superficial mycosis has high efficacy, good safety and tolerability.
