对某矿西盘区底板深部高地应力巷道表面位移进行监测,监测结果表明,巷道围岩出现非线性大变形、锚索破断及支架扭曲变形等现象。利用FLAC~(3D)对巷道围岩进行数值模拟,得出高地应力巷道围岩变形属于给定变形,巷道支护体不仅要提供足够的支护强度,还必须适应高地应力巷道大变形。据此提出可接长锚杆协调支护技术,使稳定后顶板下沉量和两帮相对移近量在可控区间,得到预期的支护效果。
The surface displacement of the deep alluvial roadway in the floor of the west plate of a mine is monitored. The monitoring results show that the surrounding rock of the mine appears nonlinear large deformation, breakage of the anchor cable and torsional deformation of the support. The numerical simulation of roadway surrounding rock with FLAC 3D shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock of high ground stress roadway belongs to a given deformation. The roadway support body not only has to provide sufficient supporting strength, but also must adapt to the large deformation of roadway with high ground stress. Based on the above, the paper puts forward the technology of coordinating and supporting the long bolt which can be extended, so that the amount of roof subsidence and the relative moving amount of the two gangs in the controllable range are stable after the stabilization, and the expected supporting effect is obtained.
