“十一五”时期,大连把产业兴市作为全市四大发展战略之一,提出要加快构筑新型产业基地,大力发展优势产业和集群经济,这是进一步增强大连城市综合实力的战略选择。
During the “Eleventh Five-year Plan” period, Dalian regarded the rejuvenation of industries as one of the four major development strategies in the city and proposed to speed up the construction of new-type industrial bases and vigorously develop advantageous industries and cluster economy. This is a strategic choice to further enhance the overall strength of Dalian's cities.
