目的了解佛山市南海区镇级医院防保机构公共卫生相关事件应急处置现状及存在问题,为基层防保机构应急体系建设提供依据。方法对全区15个镇级医院防保机构进行公共卫生相关事件应急处置现状调查。结果佛山市南海区公共卫生相关事件频发,各镇级医院防保机构能够按规范进行应急处置,落实相应防控措施,使事件得到有效控制,但尚存在镇(街道)及医院对公共卫生相关事件应急处置重视程度不够、应急处置经费没有保障、应急人员待遇偏低、应急人员能力不足等问题。结论南海区镇级医院防保机构已具备对公共卫生相关事件的应急处置能力,各镇(街道)政府应建立辖区内应急处置工作机制,加大应急处置经费投入;各医院要配备足够的应急人员并提高其待遇,通过培训、演练等方式提高防保机构应急人员的能力,使其与日益频发的公共卫生相关应急处置任务相适应。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of public health-related emergency response in Nanhai District Hospital of Foshan City, and to provide basis for the establishment of emergency response system for grass-roots security agencies. Methods A survey of emergency response status of public health related events was conducted in 15 township hospital anti-bank agencies. Results There were frequent public health related incidents in Nanhai District of Foshan City. The anti-bank agencies at all levels of hospitals were able to handle emergencies in accordance with the regulations and implement corresponding prevention and control measures so that the incidents could be effectively controlled. However, Related incident emergency treatment is not enough emphasis on the degree, emergency funding is not protected, the treatment of emergency personnel is low, lack of ability of emergency personnel and other issues. Conclusion Nanhai District Hospital-based anti-bank agencies have the ability to deal with emergencies related to public health. Each town (street) government should set up a working mechanism for emergency disposal in the area and increase funding for emergency disposal. Each hospital should be equipped with enough emergency Personnel and improve their treatment. Through training, drills and other ways to improve the ability of emergency response agencies to make it compatible with the increasingly frequent public health emergency response tasks.
