电力工程在建设过程中所遇到的管理将变得越来越严格,工程需要接受审计工作,而该工作最为主要的目的就是避免出现工程造价风险,保障建设投资者的利益。从当前我国在工程造价上的管理工作来看,风险管理工作成为了人们非常重视的一项工作,通过在各个阶段进行造价风险管理,那么其能够获得良好的管理效果。本文就针对电力工程造价风险管理的相关内容进行探讨,从其管理的重点和所存在的问题进行分析,然后再提出有效的解决措施,从而提高造价风险管理水平。
The management of power engineering encountered in the construction process will become more and more strict. The project needs to be audited. The most important purpose of this work is to avoid the risk of project cost and protect the interests of construction investors. Judging from the current management work on the project cost in our country, risk management has become a work that people attach great importance to. Through the management of cost risk in all stages, it can obtain good management results. This article discusses the related content of risk management of power engineering cost, analyzes the key points and problems existing in it, and then proposes effective measures to improve the management level of cost risk.
