随着文化经济的迅猛发展,我国文化产业发展走进了一个新的时代。河南省作为华夏历史文明的一个重要传承地,在发展文化产业上具有较大的优势。因此,在中原经济区建设中,要把中原文化的资源优势创新性的转化为经济优势,实现产业机构优化升级,提升文化软实力,打造文化创新区,加快中原崛起。本文阐述了发展文化产业对河南省经济、文化的重大意义,并提出了创新性的文化管理和转化方式,以实现文化产业对中原经济区经济及文化发展的巨大推动作用。
With the rapid development of cultural economy, the development of China’s cultural industry has entered a new era. As an important inheritance of Chinese history and civilization, Henan Province has great advantages in developing cultural industries. Therefore, in the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, it is necessary to transform the resources superiority of the Central Plains culture into an economic advantage by innovation, achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures, enhance the cultural soft power, create a cultural innovation zone and accelerate the rise of Central Plains. This article expounds the great significance of developing cultural industries to the economy and culture of Henan Province and puts forward innovative ways of cultural management and transformation in order to realize the tremendous impetus of cultural industries to the economic and cultural development of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
