现目今基本体操在中学校体育中占处于重要地位,它是学校中“两操、两课、两活动”的重要内容之一。通过基本体操的锻炼可使学生的全身各个关节得到充分活动以及肌肉都能得到均衡的发展,促进中学生身体的全面发展它不仅能发展柔韧、协调、灵活、力量等身体素质而且还可以锻炼健美的体态、培养良好的身体姿势以及对节奏感、优美感的提高。本文针对中学基本体操在体育教学作用做了分析,以期能为中学生体育教师提供相应参考。
