高等教育扩招以来,高校毕业生人数逐年上升,大学生就业问题成为社会各界广泛关注的重要问题,由于社会、学校、学生、用人单位等多方面的因素影响大学生的就业问题,即主要为供求双方两大因素,本文从就业市场中的供求关系入手,分析这两大因素是如何影响就业的,以及就如何改善大学生就业难的问题提出一些对策。
Since enrollment expansion in higher education, the number of college graduates has risen year by year. The problem of college graduates employment has become an important issue of widespread concern in the community. Due to various factors such as society, schools, students and employers, the employment problem of college students is affected mainly by the two parties As a big factor, this article starts with the relationship between supply and demand in the employment market, analyzes how these two factors affect employment, and puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the employment difficulty of college students.
