学困生,顾名思义,就是指那些在学习上有困难的学生,因为他们的各科学习成绩相对较差,学习吃力、艰难而由此得名。从教十多年,每学年都会遇到几个学习非常困难的学生,如何转变他们成了我教学工作中最头疼的问题。几年来的体会让我深深地感到:学习成绩差的原因一般多不在智力因素,而是由于学生自身的问题,小学阶段是打好学习基础的关键期,小学生的年龄特征决定了他们,一是自觉性差,不能主动学习,因此没有强烈的学习欲望和浓厚的学习兴趣,没有养成
Student hardship, as the name suggests, refers to those students who have difficulties in learning because of their relatively poor academic performance, learning hard, hence the name.
