石油企业作为高风险的行业,随着《劳动合同法》与《反垄断法》的颁布,它的法律风险进一步扩大。文中试从我国石油企业面临的法律风险成因着手,探讨石油企业如何面对企业法律风险。
As a high-risk industry, with the promulgation of “Labor Contract Law” and “Antitrust Law”, the petroleum enterprises have further expanded their legal risks. The paper attempts to analyze the causes of legal risk faced by China’s oil companies to explore how oil companies face the legal risks of enterprises.
