In 1995, the expert group of the Central Academy of Sciences conducted a comprehensive appraisal and affirmation of the research results of the primary and secondary school subject theory “inductive inquiry teaching method” initiated by Professor Zhang Xiongfei, the deputy director of the Institute of Educational Science of Shaanxi Normal University. After learning Professor Zhang Xiongfei’s “temptation to inquire into teaching” theory, he deeply felt that this law has a nine-year compulsory basic education for primary and secondary schools, which is of great importance for the overall improvement of students’ mathematics quality.
