由北京教育学院科研处石瑒同志主持的北京市社会科学基金项目《北京市中小学学校文化建设研究》于2012年立项,经过近三年的研究,于2015年9月结题。课题组主要成员有北京教育学院科研处刘文娜、张祥兰、王欣、田彬彬、杨晨等同志,研究得到了西城区、通州区、东城区教师培训机构和广大中小学校长及教师的参与和支持,得到了北京师范大学和北京教育学院专家的指导和支持。本课题以中小学学校文化建设的理论分析为切入点,通过问卷调查、深度访谈、观察、个案研究等途径调研了北京市中小学学校文化建设现状,探寻了影响学校文化发展的相关因
The Beijing Municipal Social Science Fund Project “Research on School Culture Construction in Primary and Secondary Schools in Beijing” was initiated in 2012 by the comrade Shi Jie of the Beijing Institute of Education. After nearly three years of research, it ended in September 2015. The main members of the research group are Liu Wenna, Zhang Xianglan, Wang Xin, Tian Binbin and Yang Chen, research institutes of Beijing Institute of Education. The research has obtained the participation and support of Xicheng District, Tongzhou District, Dongcheng District, teacher training institutions and the majority of primary and secondary school principals and teachers. Has been Beijing Normal University and Beijing Institute of Education experts guidance and support. Based on the theoretical analysis of school culture construction in primary and secondary schools, this research investigates the status quo of school culture construction in primary and secondary schools in Beijing by means of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, observation and case studies, and explores the relevant factors that influence the school culture development
