In 1976, the postal provincial radio wave research institute built a millimeter-wave experimental station for the technology test satellite (ETS-II) at Kashima station. The station uses multi-band shared 10-meter diameter high-efficiency receiving antenna, high sensitivity receiving system and application of computer automation data processing system. Ground experimental system shown in Figure 1. Japan’s technical test satellite Type II, launched in February 1977, is equipped with so-called associated three-wave beacon transmitters that are 1.7, 11.5, 34.5 GHz in phase with each other. Shortly after the launch of the satellite, the Ministry of Post-Communications applied these devices as a preparatory experiment for experimental stationary communications satellites (ECSs) scheduled to be launched in 1979 to continuously carry out microwave to millimeter wave
