在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,市场建设已引起各方的关注。加快改革,加快发展,都要以成熟、完善的市场为基础,综观迄今各地的市场,有自发形成的,也有政府投资建的;有万商云集的,也有“有场无市”的。从总体上说,我国市场建设才处于起步阶段,市场建设的层次还不高。最近我们去苏南地区考察,从常州市正在启动建设的“江苏国际机电产品交易城”(以下简称“交易城”)中,发现了市场建设的新动向,孕育着新的模式:由政府建市场变为企业家用市场方式建市场。 一、市场建设的新阶段
