用聚醚二元醇对滑石粉 (Talc)进行表面处理 ,再加二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)进行原位合成 ,形成具有壳 -核结构的粉料 ,与PP粉料共混。研究了壳 /核比、聚氨酯弹性体含量、相容剂等因素对体系性能的影响。结果发现 ,加入相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯 ,复合体系的缺口冲击强度大幅度上升 ,甚至在增韧的同时出现增强作用。当相容剂的用量为 5 %、壳 /核比为 0 .34时 ,体系力学性能最佳。
Talc was surface-treated with polyether diol and in situ synthesized with tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) to form a powder with shell-core structure and blended with PP powder. The effects of shell / core ratio, polyurethane elastomer content and compatibilizer on the system performance were studied. The results showed that the addition of compatibilizer maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, notched impact strength of the composite system increased significantly, and even toughening at the same time enhance the role. When the amount of compatibilizer is 5% and the shell / core ratio is 0.34, the mechanical properties of the system are the best.
