德育在幼儿教育中占有极其重要的地位,可以说它是全部幼儿教育的基石和重心。然而,幼儿的德育工作不仅仅重要,也最为复杂。因为它既是独立的,又广泛地渗透于幼儿教育工作的其它各项内容与活动之中,并有其特定的规律性。只有提纲挈领,抓住幼儿德育中最关键的工作环节,才能取得满意的结果。为此,就要求教师在德育工作的实施中,始终明了和把握以下几个问题:
