本刊讯8月1日,北京市海淀区举行政策发布会出台知识产权质押贷款贴息政策。该政策的推出,旨在帮助海淀区域内拥有自主知识产权的中小型高新技术企业解决资金困难问题,开辟企业新的融资渠道,贴息资金将用于支持获得知识产权质押贷款并按期正常还贷的在海淀区注册的中小型高新技术企业的贷款利息补贴,贴息资金在海淀区科学技术委员会科技三项费用中列支,额度每年不超过1000万元。
