为探讨骨肿瘤患者血液流变学特点 ,对 2 1良性骨肿瘤患者、2 6恶性骨肿瘤患者与 4 8正常人的血液流变学指标进行比较分析。结果显示恶性骨肿瘤患者的血液流变学指标与正常人相比有多项异常 ,而良性骨肿瘤患者的血液流变学指标与正常人相比无显著差异。表明恶性骨肿瘤患者可造成血液流变学指标的异常 ,检测血液流变学指标可了解恶性骨肿瘤患者病情的发展。
To investigate the hemorheological characteristics of patients with bone cancer, hemorheological parameters of 21 patients with benign bone tumors, 26 patients with malignant bone tumors and 48 normal controls were analyzed. The results showed that there were many abnormalities in hemorheology indexes of patients with malignant bone tumors compared with those in normal people. There was no significant difference in hemorheology between patients with benign bone tumors and normal subjects. That malignant bone tumor patients can cause abnormalities in hemorheology, blood rheology indicators can be detected to understand the development of patients with malignant bone tumors.
