低渗透油藏因其储层物性差等特点,注水开发后导致油井含水急剧上升,产量迅速下降,采出程度低。针对某低渗油藏,进一步提高采收率,通过长岩心驱替实验,引入正交实验设计和分析方法。该实验设计以驱油效率为评价指标,考虑注入速度、气水比、注气时机和注气段塞4个参数。通过实验,明确了各参数的影响顺序,确定了最优参数组合。
Due to the poor reservoir properties of low permeability reservoirs, the water cut of oil wells has risen sharply after the water injection is developed, with the output declining rapidly and with a low degree of recovery. For a low permeability reservoir, to further enhance oil recovery, through the long core flooding experiment, the introduction of orthogonal experimental design and analysis. The experimental design to drive efficiency as the evaluation index, consider the injection speed, gas-water ratio, gas injection timing and gas injection slug 4 parameters. Through experiments, the influence sequence of each parameter is clarified, and the optimal parameter combination is determined.
