用显微力学探针和维氏显微硬度计测定了LY12CZ铝合金微弧氧化膜与基体界面区的显微硬度H和弹性模量E分布,并分析了引起界面两侧力学性能差异的原因.结果显示,界面两侧H和E值相差较大.在界面附近,H、E值从界面到膜内部是逐渐增加的.界面附近铝合金基体上无明显硬化区.基体未发生重熔,而界面另一侧氧化膜则重熔过,氧化膜的硬度和弹性模量分布同膜的重熔有关.
The microhardness H and elastic modulus E distribution of the interface area between the micro-arc oxidation film and matrix of LY12CZ aluminum alloy were measured by micromechanical probe and Vickers microhardness tester, and the reason of the difference of mechanical properties on both sides of the interface was analyzed . The results show that there is a big difference between H and E values on both sides of the interface. In the vicinity of the interface, the values of H and E gradually increase from the interface to the interior of the film, and there is no obvious hardening zone on the aluminum alloy substrate near the interface. The substrate did not remelt, and the other side of the interface oxide film remelted, the oxide film hardness and elastic modulus distribution with the film remelting.
