通常电炉加料和出钢时的烟气均通过屋顶烟罩捕集,但使用效果不够理想。为提高屋顶烟罩的捕集效率,节省大规模排烟量和风机能耗,提出更加经济的气幕隔尘法用于辅助电炉屋顶烟罩排烟。即在屋顶烟罩底部形成一个无形透明的屏障,以阻止电炉加料或出钢时的向上烟气不因车间横向气流的干扰而向屋顶烟罩外扩散。结合工程项目分析了气幕隔尘新技术的应用前景。
Usually electric furnace feeding and tapping flue gas are collected through the roof hood, but the effect is not ideal. In order to improve the collection efficiency of the roof hood and save the large-scale exhaust volume and the energy consumption of the fan, a more economical air curtain duster method is proposed to assist the smoke exhaust of the roof hood of the electric furnace. That is, an invisible and transparent barrier is formed at the bottom of the roof hood to prevent upward smoke from charging or tapping in the furnace from diffusing outside the roof hood due to the interference of the transverse airflow in the workshop. Combined with the project analyzed the application prospects of new technology of air curtain dust.
