水电行业各有关单位,各省、自治区、直辖市建设工程造价管理(定额)处(站)及造价协会:为了加强水电工程造价专业人员的从业资格管理,中国电力企业联合会和中国建设工程造价管理协会将联合发放和管理水电工程造价专业人员的资格证书。现将有关事宜通知如下:一、水电工程造价专业人员资格证书由中国电力企业联合会和中国建设工程造价管理协会统一印制。二、水电工程造价专业人员资格的认证、培训、考试、考核和资格证书发放的工作,由水电水利规划设计
All units concerned in the hydropower industry, construction project cost management (quota) (stations) and construction cost associations in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government: In order to strengthen the qualification management of hydropower project cost professionals, the China Electricity Council and the China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association Will jointly issue and manage qualification certificates for hydropower project cost professionals. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: I.
