平西府镇在上级党、政领导下,始终坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持改革开放。发扬“争上游、创一流”的昌平精神,在社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设方面做了大量工作。全镇经济持续、快速、健康发展,社会稳定,人民生活水平不断提高,社会多项事业全面发展,1995年全镇经济总收入2亿元。1996年全年总收入预计完成2.41亿元。平西府镇这些年来取得的社会经济成果为实施国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标打下了坚实基础。我们要抓住当前国际、国内的有利机遇,深化改革,把平西府镇的“两个文明”建设搞得更好,再上一层楼。

We must seize the current favorable opportunities at home and abroad, deepen the reform, and make the construction of ”two civilizations" in Pingxifu town better and higher.
