根据长江上游流域水文情势变化、三峡工程各阶段运用要求、社会用水需求并结合2006年以来初期蓄水、试验性蓄水过程,对新形势下三峡水库汛末蓄水的调度方式进行了全面分析研究,提出了适应社会经济发展需要的蓄水调度方式。
