学习兴趣在教学中的作用,历来受到众多教育家的重视,孔子就提出过“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者”。教育家陶行知先生认为“学习有了兴趣,就肯用全副精神去做事,学与乐不可分”。针对职高生的学习心理、学习习惯,教师在教学过程中要精心设计,想方设法以新颖、丰富多彩的教学手段激发学生兴趣,激活他们的思维,唤起他们的学习注意力,进而充分调动学生的学习积极性,让他们积极参与到教学中去,有效提高课堂教学效率。
The interest of learning in teaching has always been valued by many educators, and Confucius has proposed “those who know better than those who know, and those who are good are not as good as those who learn music.” Tao Xingzhi, an educator, believes that “if you are interested in learning, you are willing to use the whole spirit to do things, learn and enjoy yourself.” In view of the learning psychology and learning habits of vocational college students, teachers should design meticulously in the process of teaching, try their best to inspire students ’interests with new and colorful teaching methods, activate their thinking and arouse their study attentiveness so as to fully mobilize students’ learning Enthusiasm, so that they actively participate in teaching to effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
