在韩国旅游,经常会发现广告牌上,甚至不少商品的包装上,都印着“身土不二”四个字。起初我不太理解它的含义,但听了当地朋友的一番解释之后,才感到那不仅仅是一句宣传口号,而是几代韩国人的立身之本和座右铭,是多少年来人们那种强烈的民族意识和爱国热情浓缩而成的。 所谓“身士不二”,简单的解释就是,“生为韩国人,死做韩国鬼”。可有意思的是,根据不同行业,人们又把它”发扬光大”了。在汉城附近的一家农庄游览时,庄主告诉我说,这四个字就表示这里种的粮食是第一棒的,别人的比不了。可到了城里,居民们又说,它是告诉人们,自己国家生产出来的东西,才是最好的,用着也放心。总之,
Travel in South Korea, often found on billboards, and even many of the packaging of goods, are printed with “native” four words. At first I did not quite understand what it meant, but after listening to a few explanations from my friends, I felt it was not just a slogan but the foundation and motto of generations of Koreans, National consciousness and patriotic enthusiasm concentrated from.
