目的:观察补肾解毒泄浊法结合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法:本组采用补肾解毒泄浊法结合西药的方法对慢性肾衰竭进行治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血肌酐的改善方面比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补肾解毒泄浊法结合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭具有较好的疗效,较单纯西药治疗具有明显的优势。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Jiedu Xiezhuo method combined with Western medicine in treating chronic renal failure. Methods: The group uses the method of tonifying the kidney and detoxifying to evade turbidity and Western medicine to treat chronic renal failure. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum albumin, hemoglobin, 24h urinary protein, , Serum creatinine improved compared with the significant difference (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Jiedu Xiezhuo method combined with western medicine has a good curative effect on chronic renal failure, which has obvious advantages over Western medicine alone.
