崇明芦苇研究会是由崇明县水利系统从事滩涂、海塘管理工作的科技人员组成的群众性学术研究团体。主要从事以芦苇为主的生物促淤消浪功能研究,开展生物治理、综合开发利用的科技研讨、科技培训、学术交流等活动。芦苇研究会自1998年5月成立以来,在市水务局立项的“生物促淤与提高防洪能力”的课题研究方面有了较大的进展,并建立了生物促淤科研基地,进行了滩涂综合开发种养殖试验。积极举办科技培训班、科技讲座,会员撰写科技论文9篇,分别被《上海水利》、《崇明水利学会
