我院自1999～2005年5月共收治主动脉夹层25例,现将诊治体会报告于下:1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料本组共25例,男20例,女5例,年龄35～78岁,平均56.8岁,急性期发病24例,慢性期发病1例,其中合并高血压18例,伴发马凡氏综合征1例,梅毒1例。多数静息下发病,少数在咳嗽、排便时诱发,以突发剧烈持续性胸、背、腹、腰痛为首发症状者20例,大多呈游走性,有大汗、面色苍白、濒死感,4例伴有呼吸困难为表现的心功能不全症状,晕厥2例,休克2例,1例合并左胸腔积液,1例存在心包积液,血尿3例,血肌酐升高1例,主动脉瓣返流性杂音4例,14例存在单侧肢体动脉搏动

The majority of rest and disease, a few in the cough, defecation induced by sudden severe persistent chest, back, abdomen, back pain as the first symptom in 20 cases, mostly migratory, sweating, pale, near-death , 4 cases of dyspnea with symptoms of dysfunction, syncope in 2 cases, shock in 2 cases, 1 case with left pleural effusion, 1 case of pericardial effusion, hematuria in 3 cases, serum creatinine increased in 1 case, the main Arterial valve regurgitation murmur in 4 cases, 14 cases of unilateral limb arterial pulse
