进入知识经济新时代的经济环境向企业的内部管理提出了新的要求,企业已经不能够只改变经营模式来适应市场的变化了。激烈的市场竞争要求企业进行整体的改革和提高管理水平,才能在竞争中不落败。本文就企业全面预算管理的审计问题,提出全面预算管理审计的重要性,以及如何有效应用全面预算管理审计的方法。
Entering the new era of knowledge-based economy, the economic environment has put forward new requirements to the internal management of enterprises. Enterprises can no longer adapt to changes in the market by changing their business models. Fierce market competition requires enterprises to carry out the overall reform and improve the management level in order not to lose the competition. In this paper, the audit of enterprise total budget management issues, the importance of a comprehensive budget management audit, and how to effectively apply the method of comprehensive budget management audit.
