用Operon公司的E.F.C组引物对北京和吉林左家特区的栽培人参和西洋参四大居群各10个样本进行RAPD分析,筛选出18个引物,可以检测到102个多态性位点,其中67.6%表现出多态性。在北京栽培人参、西洋参。吉林左家特区栽培人参、西洋参中分别检测到74,86,74,9O个标记位点,在各居群中均有丰富的多样性存在。西洋参的遗传多态性明显高于人参。聚类分析结果表明,同种不同居群的样本首先聚在一起,种间遗传分化明显大于地理环境造成的分化。由OPF02,OPF04,OPF07,OPF20,OPG12,OPG13,OPG14扩增的指纹图谱中可以找到不同种,不同居群的标记带型及居群内部的丰富遗传多样性。
Use Operon’s E. F. Group C primers were used for RAPD analysis of 10 samples of cultivated ginseng and American ginseng from Beijing and Jilin Zuojia area, 18 primers were screened out and 102 polymorphic loci were detected, of which 67.6% Polymorphism. Fingerprints amplified by OPF02, OPF04, OPF07, OPF20, OPG12, OPG13 and OPG14 can find abundant genetic diversity within different marker bands and within different populations.
