国内语料库建设已有多年,取得了丰硕成果,但其版权问题一直制约着我国语料库建设的发展。文章按照“语料库建设现状——分析存在的具体版权问题——综合列举国内外各种解决的办法——适合我国语料库版权保护的具体措施”的思路来探究语料库建设中的版权问题。
The construction of the domestic corpus has been for many years and has achieved fruitful results. However, the copyright issue has always restricted the development of the corpus construction in our country. The article explores the issue of copyright in the construction of corpus according to the idea of “the current situation of corpus construction - the analysis of the existing specific copyright issues - the comprehensive enumeration of domestic and international solutions - the specific measures for the protection of corpus copyright in China”.
