目的:为研究食线虫真菌的培养提供数据参考。方法:采用烘箱干燥法、分光光度计法、高锰酸钾法等方法对食线虫培养基原料玉米的水分、粗灰分、总磷、微量元素、钙、脂肪、粗蛋白含量进行测定。结果:所测玉米水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白、脂肪、钙、总磷平均含量分别为:11.43%、1.12%、9.50 mg/100g、2.90 mg/100g、17.33mg/100g、200.67 mg/100g;微量元素Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn平均含量分别为:0.0466 mg/100g、0.0514 mg/100g、0.0516 mg/100g、0.1063 mg/100g、0.1403 mg/100g、0.0464 mg/100g。结论:在一定情况下可为食线虫真菌培养基提供基本的数据参考。
Objective: To provide data reference for the study of nematode fungi culture. Methods: The contents of water, crude ash, total phosphorus, trace elements, calcium, fat and crude protein of maize nematode media were determined by oven drying method, spectrophotometer and potassium permanganate method. Results: The average contents of moisture, crude ash, crude protein, fat, calcium and total phosphorus in maize were 11.43%, 1.12%, 9.50 mg / 100g, 2.90 mg / 100g, 17.33mg / 100g and 200.67 mg / The average contents of trace elements Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn were 0.0466 mg / 100g, 0.0514 mg / 100g, 0.0516 mg / 100g, 0.1063 mg / 100g, 0.1403 mg / 100g and 0.0464 mg / 100g, respectively. CONCLUSION: Under certain conditions, it provides a basic data reference for nematode fungal culture medium.
