本文应用《齿轮动态整体误差测量新技术》,对圆弧齿轮动态整体误差的测量进行了试验研究。这里着重介绍三种类型的“圆弧齿轮动态整体误差曲线图”,和利用这些曲线图来认识与分析圆弧齿轮各种误差及其传动质量。圆弧齿轮是一种新型齿轮传动,目前已在我国冶金、矿山、起重运输机械以及高速传动中得到比较广泛的应用。但是,圆弧齿轮的测量技术至今尚未突破,其精度指标的检验项目是参照 JB179-60《圆柱齿轮传动公差》中有关部分,而检测手段远远少于渐开线圆柱齿轮。圆弧齿轮动态整体误差的概念,就是把所有工作齿面上的啮合点误差视为一个整体,按其啮合顺序统
In this paper, the new technology of gear overall dynamic error measurement was used to test the measurement of the overall dynamic error of arc gear. Here are three types of “arc gear dynamic overall error curve”, and the use of these graphs to understand and analyze the arc gear error and its transmission quality.
