探讨了几种表面活性剂对脂肪酸类捕收剂SH -1的增效作用和对黄麦岭磷矿常温浮选行为的影响。结果表明 :阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)、非离子型表面活性剂Tween -80对SH -1具有良好的增效作用 ,能明显改善磷矿的浮选特性。当矿浆温度为 1 2～ 2 0℃时 ,混合使用SH -1与SDBS和Tween -80 ,Hallimond管浮选的上浮率比单独使用SH -1提高 1 0 %～ 1 5%。
The synergistic effects of several surfactants on the fatty acid collector SH -1 and the effect on the flotation of Huangmeiling phosphate rock at normal temperature were discussed. The results showed that anionic surfactant SDBS and nonionic surfactant Tween-80 had a synergistic effect on SH-1 and could significantly improve the flotation characteristics of phosphate rock. When the slurry temperature is 1 2 ~ 20 ℃, SH-1, SDBS and Tween-80 are used in combination, and the floating rate of Hallimond tube flotation is increased by 10% -15% compared with SH-1 alone.
