目的探讨在人工流产术后服用新型避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床意义。方法选取200例于2015-01~05在本院自愿行人工流产术的健康妇女,征得本人的知情同意后随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均为100例。人流术后观察组给予口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,对照组则采用药物以外的其他方法避孕,对2组患者术后的出血及月经归转、避孕效果和药物不良反应等方面进行观察。结果观察组的患者人流术后在阴道出血时间和出血量、阴道炎症的发生率、月经转归及避孕效果等方面均优于对照组,口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片无明显的不良反应。结论人流术后服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片可以明显减少阴道出血量并缩短出血的持续时间,能较快地修复子宫内膜并恢复正常的月经周期,避孕效果显著,在促进妇女生殖健康方面有重大意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of taking a new contraceptive dapsone ethinyl estradiol tablet after induced abortion. Methods A total of 200 healthy women who underwent voluntary abortion in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2005 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The observation group was given oral drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets after abortion and the control group contraceptives by other methods than the drugs. The bleeding, menstrual metastasis, contraceptive effect and adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The patients in the observation group were superior to the control group in the duration of vaginal bleeding and the amount of bleeding, the incidence of vaginal inflammation, the outcome of menstruation and the contraceptive effect after abortion. No adverse reactions were observed in oral administration of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol. CONCLUSIONS: Administration of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol after abortion can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of bleeding, repair the endometrium more quickly and resume the normal menstrual cycle, with significant contraceptive effects. In promoting women’s reproductive health Have great significance.
