目的探讨减少剖宫产术中出血的方法。方法选择在我院足月妊娠行剖宫产的孕妇100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组术中应用葡萄糖酸钙联合催产素,对照组单用催产素,观察两组术中出血量。结果观察组术中出血量较对照组明显减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸钙联合催产素有助于促进子宫收缩,可减少剖宫产术中出血量。
Objective To explore ways to reduce bleeding during cesarean section. Methods 100 pregnant women who underwent cesarean delivery during term pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin and the control group with oxytocin alone. The intraoperative Bleeding volume. Results The bleeding volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin helps to promote uterine contractions and reduce the amount of bleeding during cesarean section.
