目的了解广西百色市县级CDC在职卫生技术人员的综合素质,为基层CDC的发展提供人才资源优化策略。方法 2011年对百色市所有县级疾病预防控制机构进行调查分析。结果县级CDC在职卫技人员以30~50岁为主,占66.6%;学历主要集中在大专和中专水平,所占比例分别为50.2%和30.8%;职称主要为中级职称及以下水平,无职称人员所占比例达30.1%;综合素质评分为5.6±2.0分。结论百色市基层疾病预防控制机构卫技人员学历、职称和综合素质偏低,应充分利用政策,有针对性地制定提高人员素质的措施和办法,以适应疾病预防控制工作的要求。
Objective To understand the comprehensive quality of in-service CDC staff in county-level CDC in Baise, Guangxi and to provide a resource optimization strategy for the development of grassroots CDC. Methods In 2011, all county-level disease prevention and control institutions in Baise were investigated and analyzed. Results The level of CDC staff at the county level was mainly between 30 and 50 years old, accounting for 66.6%. The education mainly concentrated at the level of junior college and technical secondary school, accounting for 50.2% and 30.8% of the total respectively. The titles were mainly intermediate grade and below, The proportion of non-title staff up to 30.1%; overall quality score was 5.6 ± 2.0 points. Conclusions Baise City grass-roots disease prevention and control institutions health personnel technical qualifications, job titles and overall quality is low, we should make full use of policies, targeted to develop measures to improve the quality of personnel and methods to adapt to disease prevention and control requirements.
