(三) 采用TI型环面蜗杆状砂轮或珩轮进行磨齿或珩齿,是八十年代最近发展的新工艺。郑州机械研究所黎上威等提出的TI型珩轮,除了较普通珩齿工艺能有较强的纠正误差能力和降低齿面粗糙度外,还可以实现齿形、齿向的双鼓形修形。1982-83年瑞士著名的赖斯豪尔公司(Reishauer)为适应汽车、摩托车齿轮大量生产需要而发展的RZP型环面蜗杆砂轮磨齿机,可以省去沿工件轴向的走刀运动,生产率极高,工件只需1~2转就可完成磨齿工作,在这台机床上,一箱预装好芯轴的50件齿轮,其加工所需机动时间仅只有半小时左右。砂轮修整约需1分钟。
