党的十三届六中全会,把能否始终保持和发展同人民群众的血肉联系,作为关系到党和国家的盛衰兴亡的问题。江泽民同志在《庆祝中国共产党成立七十周年大会上的讲话》中,又强调:“全心全意为人民服务是我们党的根本宗旨,密切联系群众是我们党的优良作风”。党群关系问题,任何时候都不容忽视。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Party considers whether we can always maintain and develop the flesh-and-blood ties with the masses of the people as a matter that affects the rise and fall of the party and our country. In his “speech at the General Assembly celebrating the seventieth anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party,” Comrade Jiang Zemin also emphasized: “It is our party’s fundamental tenet to serve the people wholeheartedly and it is our party’s fine style of working closely with the masses.” The relationship between the party and the masses can not be ignored at any time.
