目前国内测定微量锡的方法,为消除大量铁的干扰,通常采用萃取分离比色法测定,操作复杂、灵敏度较低。为此进行了铁锰矿中微量锡的光谱测定方法试验。本法测定锡的范围为0.005—0.3%,满足了科研生产的需要。本法选择了光谱分析缓冲剂、电极形状和分析线对,研究了组份的影响。我们试验了5种缓冲剂:碳粉:碳酸钙:碳酸钠=1:1:1和70:23:7;碳粉:碳酸钙=1:1;碳粉:碳酸钠=1:1;碳粉:碳酸钙:次亚磷酸钠=35:30:35。所试缓冲剂中均加入0.4%三氧化二锑。以锑作内标元素。缓冲剂与试样之比均为1:8。试验
