无锡自行车厂是国家定点生产的全国八大自行车厂之一。它是在1958年前后,由两个主要靠手工敲敲打打的小厂合并发展起来的。早期主要是搞自行车的修理和装配。从1962年起,几经改造,大量的手工工序被机械化、半自动化工序代替。目前已有19条自动生产线,1982年年产整车78万辆,上交税利3,000万元。这个厂所以能发展成今天这样规模的整车厂,很大程度上得益于技术改造的功力。无锡自行车厂进行技术改造的主要做法
Wuxi Bicycle Factory is one of the eight bicycle plants in China designated by the country. It was developed around 1958 by two small factories that were mainly hand-knocked and beaten. In the early days, it was mainly engaged in the repair and assembly of bicycles. From 1962 onwards, several manual processes were replaced by mechanized and semi-automated processes. At present, there are 19 automatic production lines. In 1982, it produced 780,000 complete vehicles annually, with a tax benefit of 30 million yuan. This factory can therefore be developed into a vehicle factory of this size today, thanks in large part to the skill of technological transformation.
