长期保存活性或无活性角膜材料是综合性眼库的主要技术之一,因其对设备条件要求高,技术操作相对复杂,故要求眼库应具有采集、保存、评估和实验研究的空间。1995年我院正式成立眼库,开展了液氮深低温冷冻保存活性角膜和全眼球冷冻保存角膜技术。规范化的行政管理和医学管理是眼库的一项重要内容,现将5年来的管理经验总结如下。
The long-term preservation of active or inactive corneal materials is one of the major technologies of comprehensive eye banks. Because of its high requirements on equipment conditions and relatively complex technical operations, it is required that the eye bank should have the space for collection, preservation, evaluation and experimental research. In 1995, our hospital formally established an eye bank to carry out cryogenic cryopreservation of active cornea and frozen cryopreservation of cornea. Standardized administrative management and medical management are an important part of the Eye Bank. The five years of management experience are summarized below.
