目的 :本文采用HPLC法对糖清胶囊中甘草酸以及甘草苷的含量进行了测定。方法 :试验人员注意采用了HPLC色谱法进行了测量试验,甘草酸流动相主要选择了甘醇、醋酸铵溶液以及冰醋酸,检测的波长为250nm;甘草苷的流动相主要选用了乙腈与冰醋酸,检测的波长为276nm,将两种流动相的色谱柱温度定为30℃。结果:甘草酸单铵盐在测量的过程中,在规定的范围内有着良好的线性关系,甘草苷线性关系的范围与甘草酸相比稍小,两种成分的回收率也有较大差异。结论:采用HPLC法对糖清胶囊中甘草酸以及甘草苷的含量进行了测定,这种方法操作简单,而且具有可行性,在测定的过程中,糖清胶囊有着较强的稳定性,所以,可以在该药剂的生产制作中大力推广这一测定方法,该方法适合大规模生产。
Objective: The content of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhizin in Shuanghuang Capsule was determined by HPLC. Methods: The experimenter paid attention to the HPLC chromatographic test. The mobile phase of glycyrrhizic acid mainly selected glycol, ammonium acetate solution and glacial acetic acid. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The mobile phase of liquiritin mainly used acetonitrile and glacial acetic acid , The detection wavelength was 276nm, the two mobile phase of the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results: The glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt had a good linear relationship within the specified range during the measurement. The range of the linear relationship of glycyrrhizin was slightly smaller than that of glycyrrhizic acid, and the recoveries of the two components were quite different. Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin content, this method is simple, but also feasible in the determination of the process, sugar capsule has a strong stability, therefore, This assay can be strongly promoted in the manufacture of this pharmaceutical and is suitable for large-scale production.
