【徐才厚涉嫌受贿案】2014年3月15日,中央军委原副主席徐才厚因涉嫌违纪问题接受组织调查。6月30日,中央政治局会议决定开除徐才厚党籍,对其涉嫌受贿犯罪问题及问题线索移送最高人民检察院授权军事检察机关依法处理。10月27日,军事检察院对徐才厚涉嫌受贿犯罪案件侦查终结,移送审查起诉。2015年3月15日,徐才厚因病去世,军事检察院对其作出不起诉决定,其涉嫌受贿犯罪所得依法处理。
[Xu Caihou suspected of accepting bribes] On March 15, 2014, Xu Caihou, former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, accepted an organizational investigation on suspicion of discipline violations. On June 30, the Central Political Bureau decided to expel Xu Caihou from his party and sent the procuratorate to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate for the handling of the suspected prosecutorial bribery issue and the clues to the military procuratorial organs according to law. On October 27, the military procuratorate ended the investigation of Xu Caihou’s alleged bribery crime case, and transferred the case for examination and prosecution. March 15, 2015, Xu Caihou died of illness, the military procuratorate made its decision not to prosecute, the alleged bribery proceeds of crime according to law.
